Bosworth, Ricard conclude terms

Guilderland Supervisor Ken Runion said at the Tuesday, Dec. 18, town board meeting the last one of the year — that the town will miss outgoing board members Mike Ricard and Dave Bosworth.


New Scotland supervisor retires

New Scotland Supervisor Ed Clark has been in public service since he first became mayor of Voorheesville more than 20 years ago, and now he said it is time to step down and retire to pursue other interests.

The Guilderland Planning Board approved the preliminary design for the Woodfield Estates housing development to be located on 107 acres along East Lydius Street in Guilderland at its meeting Wednesday, Dec. 12.

Lake Pleasant Town Board breaks tie vote for supervisor

Last November Betsy Bain and former Lake Pleasant town supervisor and Adirondack Park Agency board member Dan Wilt evenly split 566 votes. The Town Board has since broken the tie, voting 3-1 to elevate Bain to a one-year term as the new supervisor.
